The food and service was very good. A hungry party of 6 descended upon this place around 2pm for a late lunch. The large nachos with chicken easily feed all 6 and was done very well with abundant use of cheese and chips! The salads, sandwiches and soups were readily consumed. The price was reasonable and would recommend this for a decent brew house with better than average food and service

The service, food, and ambiance at Breckenridge distillery was fantastic. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you for a fantastic meal and good vibes. We had the NY strip with the French sides, tomatillo sourdough bites, and a few cocktails. We will be back again!

Are you looking for a fun dining experience while visiting Breckenridge? Then look no further than the Breckenridge Distillery Restaurant. If you are asking the question, "What makes it so fun?" The simple answer is everything. When we first arrived, we were welcomed better than our own family welcomes us at times. There is a bar you can sit at, or you can sit at tables or booths. We opted for a table that had a fun little wobble to it. They attempted to fix the wobble, but we loved the wobble as it added a bit of character. There is a happy hour menu that has some of the favorite dishes at a discounted price and a regular menu with every item (we ordered from both). From the happy hour menu, we started off with the Obi-Wan and Banana Rum cocktails made from tasty hard liquors, which are all brewed in the house (yes, there is a sci-fi theme throughout). We then ordered the tots, fresh pork skins (which were still popping and crackling when they were served), salad, the smash burger, and the sticky ribs. All the dishes were prepared to perfection. From the regular menu, we ordered the New York strip. Here is another fun tip, there are several sauces available to choose from. We had a hard time deciding which sauce to order. That is when we were informed of a sauce tray that contained them all... PERFECT!!! When the sauce tray arrived, each sauce came in its own 3oz gravy boat. The New York Strip was cooked to a perfect medium rare (just like we ordered), sliced in perfect sized strips. This made it easy to sekect a portion of steak with tongs to put on the dinner plate. This made it easy to douse it in the perfection of the sauce of your choice. However, I ate most of my share without the sauce as it was perfectly seasoned without the sauce. To each their own. This entire experience was over the top fun. However, the enjoyment does not stop there. There are also several spacious areas available for rent for big group social gatherings of 20 or more guests, and there is a gift shop as you walk in and exit the store which sells the house spirits and other novelties. Therefore, if you are looking for a fun filled dining experience while visiting Breckenridge, the Breckenridge Distillery Restaurant is the place to go. You will not be disappointed.

The restaurant in the distillery is undoubtedly one of my favorite spots in all of Summit County. The staff is INCREDIBLE. We have been coming here once a week recently and have never had a negative experience. Rather, the opposite - every server and bartender that we have come into contact with has been courteous, efficient and knowledgeable about the menu. The bartenders are some of the best I have come across (ever!). The menu changes seasonally, so you are never disappointed. Some of the menu items I could eat every day, though. The burger on happy hour is one of the best burgers I have EVER had... it is one of the best deals at the distillery during happy hour. You cannot skip dessert here. We did many visits and once we got the cookies, we will never skip a dessert here again - they are perfectly curated to and a visit here.

First, you need a reservation several days in advance. The spirits are all amazing. There are some free tasters in the lobby. I like things I didn't think I would like. The food is very good. The staff will tell you that it is the best food in summit county. They might be right. The burger is out of this world and will likely top your list too for best burger. There are shoe string fries mixed with a creamy sauce that makes the flavors pop. The sticky ribs were well cooked and tender but definitely heavy on the smoke flavor. The orange chicken is served with a liberal amount of Szechuan red chilis. The pork rinds were surprisingly good as well.

Had an awesome Apres day at Breck Distillery. Arrived around 1:50 and got in line for them to open. The line forms in the tasting room so you can taste while you wait. Folks working the tasting room were very nice and we chatted the whole time. At 2;00 sharp we sat down at the bar. Bartender was great. She was super knowledgable and had created some of the cocktails on the menu. She was very attentive and talked with us about all kinds of the ingredients that go into the cocktails. We tried the Rogue Planet, Herbalist, and Homage to the Pollinators. All were good but Rogue Planet was our favorite. We also ate the smashburger and sweet potato hummus. The burger was fantastic and we really liked the pita that came with the hummus. Sticky wings and 420 tots and all kinds of other things looked really good. Can't wait to try out the dinner menu.
